James Reed

Underdog Films
Founder
James worked in Natural History film making for various companies in Bristol (UK), including Silverback, Icon and the BBC, before setting up a small production company of his own, Underdog Films, for the purposes of making a self-financed film called Jago: A Life Underwater. Everyone advised against producing independently on loans and credit cards. Jago went on to win the Grand Teton at Jackson Hole in 2015 and has since been sold to Smithsonian, Arte, BBC4 and Netflix.
