Gillian Bohrer joined Fox 2000 in July 2016 as Executive Vice President.  Previously the Co-President of Production and Development at Lionsgate, Gillian played an instrumental role in the growth of some of the Company's biggest brands and franchises.  She has shepherded the development and production of Lionsgate's Divergent franchise, with the first two films grossing nearly $600 million at the global box office.
She also oversaw hit movies such as: La La Land, starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, directed by Damien Chazelle, Oscar-nominated writer/director of Whiplash; The Glass Castle, based on the New York Times best-selling memoir and starring Academy Award winner Brie Larson, directed by Destin Cretton; Wonder, based on the best-selling novel by R.J. Palacio, with Stephen Chbosky (The Perks of Being a Wallflower) directing; and Stronger, based on the memoir of Boston Marathon bombing survivor Jeff Bauman, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, directed by David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express, George Washington).
A graduate of Yale University and USC's Peter Stark Producing Program, Ms. Bohrer joined Lionsgate when it acquired Summit Entertainment in January 2012 and has been responsible for recent hits such as the zombie romance Warm Bodies and the critically-acclaimed cult classic Perks of Being A Wallflower.  During her nine-year tenure at Summit, she oversaw the production and development of all five films in the global blockbuster The Twilight Saga franchise which has grossed more than $3.3 billion at the worldwide box office.
